We read everything that comes in. One thing we can't do, though, is anything to do with your casino account.

What we can help with

If you've spotted something out of date, think a grade is unfair, or want to suggest an operator worth reviewing, that's exactly the sort of message we like getting. We'll usually reply within a few working days.

What we can't help with

We're an independent comparison site, not a casino. Anything to do with a deposit, a withdrawal, a locked account, a bonus dispute or verification has to go to the operator's own support team — they're the only ones who can see your account, and we simply can't.
